We have a readily available database of properties throughout the Tameside and East Manchester Area ready to rent. Once you have identified a property of interest we will arrange for an accompanied visit. When you have decided to rent the property references will be taken on behalf of the landlord. These will include a credit check.
Rents are normally quoted on a calendar month basis. In addition, the tenant is normally responsible for Council Tax, Water Rates, Gas, Electricity and Telephone costs.
Rents are payable by standing order on a monthly basis, monthly in advance with the first month’s rent due before taking occupation of the premises.
A deposit is required prior to occupation. This is normally equivalent to one months rent but may vary.
The deposit is held to cover any breakages, damage or other tenant liabilities.
The deposit is held securely in our Tenancy Deposit Scheme.
